Brushstrokes and Mentors: A Creative Exploration
Ages 7-10, entering grades 2-5 in the fall
Students will be able to:
- Experiment with a variety of art mediums such as watercolors, acrylic paints, sketching, and canvas techniques
- Analyze the work of renowned mentor artists and apply their techniques in their own creations
- Develop their creative expression through guided artistic exploration
- Enhance their understanding of different art forms while showing their individuality and creativity
If you are passionate about art and interested in discovering new ways to express yourself, then you will want to join our class, Brushstrokes and Mentors: A Creative Exploration. In this class, students will explore a wide range of artistic mediums, including watercolors, acrylic paints, sketching, and canvas painting, inspired by the styles and techniques of various mentor artists. Through hands-on projects, students will gain an understanding of the artistic process, while having the freedom to experiment with their creativity.
